Sr Product Mgr/AD (HCP) Marketing

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Senior Product Manager/Associate Product Director for Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing.
The Senior Product Manager will support the development, execution, and management of the strategy and tactics critical to the successful launch and growth of the COVID-19 vaccine candidate along with other vaccines in the pipeline.
This individual will serve as an integral member of the marketing team and will work closely with other internal and external partners.
This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and creative problem solving.
This person will report to the Senior Director, Customer Marketing.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
Development, execution, and management by:
Develop and execute against HCP promotional strategy and tactical plansMarketing liaison to the field forceSales training liaisonManage the development and tactical execution of HCP materials, including IVA and associated collateral materialsDrive development and implementation of field facing HCP campaign strategies and tacticsIdentify, develop, and report performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform the brand on improvements that further enhance brand preferenceManage timelines and budgets in accordance with brand planLead the development of promotional initiatives that meet or exceed tactical goalsIndividual will be required to work collaboratively with the following business functions to successfully lead HCP marketing initiatives:
Customer facing teams (example:
sales, specialty teams, etc.
)Sales TrainingKey account managers, key account directorsRegulatory/complianceLegalMarket ResearchMarketing operations/review committeeCollaborate with Regulatory & Legal colleagues to gain approval for marketing strategies and tactics through the internal review processEnsure all marketing activities follow regulatory and legal requirementsMinimum requirements:
5-8 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience, including experience in commercial vaccine organizationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience,A proven track record in influencing changeDemonstrated ability to build strategies aligned with business goals and company cultureExperience working on cross-functional teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and ExcelSupport market research initiatives and ability to assimilate findings into strategyStrong learning agility and demonstrated success solving ambiguous business issuesDemonstrated proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial approachProven ability to run multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environmentComfortable with uncertainty and high expectationsExperience developing, implementing, and working on successful multichannel campaignsStrong project and process management skills, including competency in agency management and budget reconciliationStrong digital marketing aptitudeStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsSDL2017.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
