Occupational Therapist (OT) - Gaithersburg, MD - 21/22 SY
As part of our mission to pave the way for childrens success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking 1-2 part-time Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide in-person services for K-12 autistic and emotionally disabled students at a special education school.
In addition, students at several school locations in the greaterA' area (Gaithersburg, Largo, andA' Landover)A' need services.
The role can be one part-time position (about 30 hours per week), which will involve travel to the three locations, or it can beA' divided into two part-time positions for less travel time (about 15 hours per week).

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in theA' state of Maryland Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Occupational Therapist (OT)A' Responsibilities May Include:
Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals.
Assisting in evaluations, and provides appropriate goals for students that requireA' occupational therapy.
Providing continued support for students Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
