01/04/2021 Description RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serves as the IT Business Analyst supporting the Supply Chain and Operations organization to ensure delivery of products for clinical and commercial use Supports ERP solutions supporting Materials Management, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Subcontract Manufacturing, and Sales Distribution Supports other solutions in the ERP eco-system, such as cold chain tracking, serialization, and partner data exchange Define and draft system scope and objectives and translate these business requirements into design specifications ensuring that requirements are effectively met, tested and implemented Proactively research products, procedures, and/or workflow needs and identify ways to capture, validate and integrate information to improve overall business process performance Effectively transition designs, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and on developing test cases and test scripts to ensure requirements are met Performs application configuration and functional support as needed Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications and facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications Liaise between the IT team and the business to agree on user requirement scope and delivery Work Collaboratively with:
Business SMEs to identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using requirements management methodology and tools Business Relationship Managers to develop relationships with the business, and act as their point of contact for application development Architecture function to ensure appropriate translation of business requirements into technical design Process owners to facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications Other duties as assigned May require periodic weekend/evening work Travel to other sites may be required Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification level, preferably in Information Systems, Supply Chain, relevant science degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required IT-related certification or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience working with information systems required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with an ERP is system is required, experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred Practical knowledge and application of cGMPs (industry experience/awareness) especially relating to manufacturing and supply chain processes and procedures Strong influencing, networking, and team working skills Able to manage negotiations, expectations, and solutions across complex groups Must possess excellent customer service, problem solving, troubleshooting, and verbal/written communication skills Experience with process modeling notation such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and/or Event-driven Process Chain (EPC) highly desirable Experience using (or deploying) enterprise modelling tools highly desirable:
