Biologics Manufacturing Organization seeks a Sr Scientist to lead Analytical Method Development for cell line development, protein purification, GMP manufacturing, protein formulation and final product production.
Practical Experience and Education:
PhD in Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Protein Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biophysical or Biochemical Sciences or similar.
Experience in vaccine, monoclonal antibody, recombinant protein or similar biological manufacturing.
Demonstrated expertise in method development for HPLC, Capillary Electrophoresis, ELISA, Western Blot, Reversed-Phase Chromatography, Gel Filtration or other similar techniques.
Shall:
Develop and implement methods and assays to characterize proteins and determine content purity.
Prepare and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for protein characterization and purification methods used by development, production and product formulation teams.
Create analytical methods for all stages of manufacturing from initial protein purification through formulation and final product production.
