We are looking for Sales People/Automotive Service Writers with Top Closing Skills that can manage one of our successful stores, make it your own, and be even more successful as you grow your sales and your business. You get ALL the benefits without taking any risk.
Automotive Repair Knowledge & Experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate with a documented Excellent Sales Track Record. One of our most successful managers came to us with NO Auto Repair Experience, just good sales skills.
We offer:
An Excellent NON-Stressed Work Environment. We don't burn you out like so many other retail sales jobs.
A 5 day work schedule. Our retail hours are 7:30am to 6pm M-F and 8am to 5pm Saturdays. You have Your Evenings Free. Saturdays are our busiest day and are mandatory. You have Sundays off plus another day off during the week.
NO Sundays, our employees make great pay without cutting into family or personal time.
Your compensation is based on weekly bonus and weekly sales, no Less than $50,000 first year earnings if you have the Sales Skills to $100K
potential per year.
Paid Vacation plus 6 Holidays per year.

Successful Sales and Closing Skills plus a Past Successful Sales Track Record
A Positive Can Do Attitude.
The ability to manage Mechanics/Technicians.
The ability to get Customer Referrals by Providing Excellent Customer Service to Exisiting Customers.
Exisiting Customer Followup Skills but absolutely NO Cold Calling required.
Strong telephone closing skills plus written communication skills.
You are a Team Builder/Player.
You must have a Valid Driver's License and Reliable Car/Truck.
