Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for using business process engineering techniques to develop technical solutions to achieve overall objectives byintegrating systems using the company's or a third-party's hardware/software products. Provides technical support inpresentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. Participates with the customer in the strategic design process to identify additional product/service opportunities. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.
LEVEL OVERVIEW
The Manager works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Applies theories, concepts, and principals in identifying customer needs and defining support systems. Provides significant support in areas such as research and feasibility studies, tradeoff analyses, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings. Makes decisions on operating procedures and analytical approaches. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. May determine methods and procedures on new
assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
The Manager provides executives with the necessary assistance, guidance, and advice to ensure good practices in standard methodologies and processes. Also provides leadership, ensuring that assigned team members meet or exceed goals. Prepares basic budget reports, assures timeline compliance, and develops implementation/delivery plans.
Requires 5-10 years of related work experience and Bachelor's degree, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in servicing personal computer hardware and software required with previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong analytical skills and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads the design and installation of identified solutions including project management and team leadership.
Provides leadership, technical assistance, and guidance with request for proposals, benchmark studies, bid specifications, and solution development.
Ensures design proposals meet customer needs and monitors implementation for technical correctness.
Consults with customers regularly to identify needs and develop and implement proposals.
Develops information technology architecture and systems solutions.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers.
Interfaces with technicians, operations, and customers and to update operating procedures, analytical approaches, and configuration options.
Manages any personnel or discipline issues that may arise.
Controls hiring and terminations as needed.
Reviews and approves all personnel administrative duties, such as weekly time keeping, vacation scheduling, performance evaluations, annual reviews, etc.
Provides training, coaching, and counseling to subordinates for continuous improvement throughout the systems integration functions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
