US: Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar is a fresh, colorful and fun Latin American restaurant experience inspired by Central & South America, Cuba and the Latin Caribbean. With guidance from our warm and welcoming staff, our guests discover the bold flavors and vibrant cultures of Latin America. Our approachable menu features freshly prepared guacamole, slow roasted and grilled meats, fresh seafood and homemade salsas. The rhythm of Latin Music sets the tone at our unique rum bar that offers fresh muddled Mojitos, over 50 selections of Rum and an affordable and exciting wine list.
YOU:We're looking for an experienced (5-7 years), full service, casual/fine dining front of house manager from a high volume corporate or independent operation. This individual must have past success in opening a new restaurant - hiring, scheduling, training, and developing a team. Our managers must have an ownership mentality and desire/ability to be a positive presence in the community where his/her restaurant is located. Our brand is growing and we need to build lifelong guests and employees from day one.

Have a solid grasp of fundamental restaurant practices including generally accepted standards of customer service, scheduling and organizational systems and safety & sanitation
Exhibit enthusiasm to learn the business components of restaurants including food and labor costs, profit & loss statements, systems and checklists, and all other elements important for maintaining profitability and consistency
Love the soul of Latin American cuisine (especially guacamole!)
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE:
Manage all aspects of the bar - hiring, training, inventory, ordering, vendor management
Effectively lead floor shifts with positive energy and clear direction to deliver enhanced dining experiences to every guest
Maintain a professional, yet personal relationship with customers so as to create an inviting atmosphere where they take personal ownership in the well-being of our business and its employees.
Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
Maintain a professional work environment where each and every member of the staff is completely comfortable and safe.
Achieve company objectives in sales, profits, service, quality, consistency, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
YOU'RE WELL-VERSED WHEN IT COMES TO:
Restaurant Systems: Aloha, Open Table, Scheduling programs, etc.
Basic Computer Literacy: Email, Mircosoft Office Programs
Reading Financial Statements

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
