Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support MedImmune's antibody discovery efforts. The major responsibilities of this summer intern position will be focusing on high throughput subcloning, expression and screening of recombinant antibodies. The ideal candidate has both, an in-depth knowledge and practical experience, in basic molecular biology techniques including PCR, primer design, cloning, sequencing, expression of recombinant proteins, protein binding assays and should not shy away from using complex instrumentation.
The candidate needs to be well organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Position Requirements
Position:
Extensive molecular biology experience is strongly preferred and experience with high throughput methods is a plus. Must be skilled user of personal computer systems for running instruments, data analysis, presentations and communication. Must be independent, creative, self-motivated and with strong attention to details and record keeping.
Education:
Graduate level student in molecular biology/ biochemistry/ biological engineering or similar discipline. Bachelors level student with exceptional skills will be also considered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
