Accountabilities:
In this role, you will work closely with clinical pharmacometricians, physicians, and other scientists, applying your expertise and leadership skills to contribute to the strategy of the clinical programYou will influence key decisions in early and late phases of clinical development, ensuring expert data integration, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical pharmacology resultsYou will also contribute to regulatory documents and interactions, present Clinical Pharmacology results within and outside of AstraZeneca, and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
Essential Skills/
Experience:
PhD degree in a relevant field for > 10 years, or MSor PharmD degree in a relevant field for > 13 yearsIndustry experience or equivalent in pharmacokinetics and clinical pharmacology aspects of drug development > 10 yearsExperience of writing and reviewing clinical trial protocols and reports and regulatory documents such as INDs, IBs, NDAs or BLAsKnowledge of pharmacokinetics, its clinical application and regulatory contextKnowledge and experience in use of PK and PKPD modelling applied to life sciencesBiological understanding of disease and drug actionDesirable Skills/
