We are actively seeking a Fleet Manager for our Gaithersburg, MD location.

Are you a Match? The ideal Fleet Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service by working with branches and managing company compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
Responsibilities and requirements will include but are not limited to:
High School diploma required.
5 years experience in fleet management and service preferred.
Monitors and ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations and guidelines (DOT, MVA, IFTA, registrations, other tax requirements).
Understanding of DOT requirements and experience with drivers required.
Expert in compliance management.
Expert in fleet cost analysis and cost reduction.
Experience with planning and implementing company-wide and regional fleet strategies including purchases, replacements, preventive maintenance, part stocking and repair providers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent PC skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to recognize a problematic situation and seek assistance as necessary.
Up to 10% travel required to coach Branch Managers.
Strong leadership and self-motivational skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
