EuroMotors Collision Center is a highline, professional, large volume shop with several positions available in the parts department and we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Specialist.
As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance needs and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's parts department.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers to identify their parts needs and provide exceptional service Assist customers in locating and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Utilize and navigate through computer applications Monitor deliveries:
Regularly track parts status and communicate with vendor on parts status as needed; Update Repair Planner accordingly Manage and complete all parts ordering:
Quickly and accurately order parts based on initial estimates and supplements Communicate with parts vendors to order parts as needed; Partner with Service Advisors to ensure parts accuracy Requirements:
