As an Expert Brand Analyst on our Digital Brand Services team, you will be supporting customers with enforcing their brand rights and recovering strategic domain names through the sending of cease and desists letters as well as filing domain disputes.
Additionally, you will be part of a global team with opportunities to support our customers and team members internationally.

Some of the things you will you be doingo Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customerso Providing strategic advice to customers to help build a comprehensive brand protection strategyo Cooperatively work with global teams and customers to ensure alignment with customers' acquisition or recovery and enforcement strategyo Proactively anticipate client concerns and provide solutionso Conduct background investigations, research, and analysis around trademark infringement and brand abuseo Analyze the content of websites to identify infringing contento Draft complaints related to domain names (UDRP, DRP & URS)o Overall case management of enforcement work in progresso Coordinate with internal teams to transfer in domain names that have been acquired/recoveredo Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast paced environmentWhat technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?o Paralegal certificate, related independent courses, experience in Intellectual Property Law, Trademarks and/or online brand protection experience preferredo Experience in a technical and/or data analysis role; research or technical background beneficialo Outstanding written and verbal communication skillso Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, MS Excel and Wordo Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team orientated environmento Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work unsupervised, under pressure in a busy environmento Previous experience of producing quality results with a high attention to detailo Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and coworkerso Previous experience working within a technology driven environment is a bonus#LI-CS1 #CSCDBS#INDSABOUT US CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
