- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash register POS system _ Lightspeed Retail - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves & displays & cleaning throughout the day - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a focus on vapor, hemp, smoke shop products - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers - Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals - Basic retail math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication with customers - Experience operating cash registers and our POS system Lightspeed Retail - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customer base, but not required.

We need weekday evening shifts filled from @ 4pm - 10pm & at least one weekend shift, most needed Sundays @11am-7pm or some portion of that time, usually 4 hour plus shifts.
We will provide on the job training, but we prefer applicants to be familar with nicotine vaping, hemp & cbd products.
