Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff - Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with billing and insurance claims - Manage office supplies and inventory - Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred - Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus - Familiarity with dental or medical terminology is beneficial - Proficiency in using office software and systems, such as Eaglesoft or similar dental/medical software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
