What's a typical day as Senior Procurement Analyst? You'll be:
o Overseeing and managing the entire procurement cycle, including PO creation, tracking, and invoice management.
o Executing Coupa (procurement application) vendor setups, efficiently addressing and resolving any related issues.
o Handling inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders concerning invoice troubleshooting and other related areas.
o Coordinating and communicating effectively with internal departments like finance, logistics, and external entities to facilitate seamless procurement operations.
o Identifying, assessing, and addressing potential risks and issues in the procurement process, ensuring robust and uninterrupted operations.
o Implementing problem-solving frameworks to manage and resolve conflicts internally and externally.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
o Have a working understanding of procurement systems and processes.
o Have previous experience with COUPA and Service Now Vendor setup highly desirable.
o Have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to executing timely follow-ups.
o Have stellar networking and collaboration skills to harmoniously work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
o Have proven ability to navigate and resolve issues and conflicts effectively, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
o Have robust communication skills, encompassing active listening and succinct expression.
o Are a dynamic and adaptive professional, ready to collaborate across all functional management tiers.
o Have transferable skills, particularly in project management, contract management, vendor management data analysis, which are highly desirable.
o Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Alternatively, candidates with equivalent professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related area will also be considered.
