Description Bella Ballet is an award-winning dance school located conveniently in the heart of the Kentlands.
We are looking to hire a passionate, positive, energetic, motivated Studio Manager who is available to join our vibrant dance studio this 2023-2024 season! As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the ins and outs of running the studio on a daily basis to make sure we are giving our students and families a five-star experience! It is important that our Studio Manager has exceptional leadership abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve, and show professionalism, enthusiasm, and proactiveness in the role as well as an extensive dance background.
Your responsibilities will be shared between the Studio Manager and the dance teacher role throughout the season.
As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and training a dynamic group of students in a range of techniques and dance styles, ensuring that all students are engaged, motivated, and inspired to achieve their goals in their chosen area of dance.
As a dance instructor, you will help provide quality dance education for students ages 2-7.
Part of your responsibility is to ensure class runs smoothly, as well as correcting techniques, and giving each child individual instruction throughout the class.
We require our teachers to have a dance background in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop, as well as an encouraging personality, creating a positive environment for our dancers.
Must have dance teaching and management experience.
NDA & Non-Compete Agreement will be required to sign if hired.

Responsibilities oInventory and order studio supplies needed oEnsure the studio environment is clean, organized, and functional oComplete various administrative tasks daily oAbility to teach using various dance styles and methodologies from beginner to advanced level oDevelop dance curriculums and prepare lesson plans oAbility to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families oAbility to maintain professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment oEngage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals oEvaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement oChoreograph routines and select music for recitals and concerts oConduct group and private lessons as required oProvide a fun and creative environment oKeep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed Qualifications oPrevious teaching experience is required.
oPrevious administrative/management experience required.
oBackground in dance.
oExcellent communication skills.
oEnergetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
oOrganized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
oDemonstrate patience and leadership skills.
Recommended Skills Adaptability Administration Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Creativity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
