years of relevant events experience.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field is required.
Detail-oriented and reliable with excellent oral/written communication and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to be 100% on-site at the Gaithersburg, MD location.
The Job:
Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, vendors, transportation, material preparation, etc.
, for events.
Plan and handle events for tenants such as happy hours, appreciation events, and summer events.
Provide phone support and respond to team and tenant emails.
Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files and input tenant requests into the database; manage leases/contracts.
Assist with invoices and expense reporting.
Provide additional support and complete tasks as assigned.
Eligible for overtime! This is an in-person direct hire position that pays a salary of $65K-$75K depending on experience.
