In order to deliver our Global Operations ambitious goals, the Operations Data Office is now looking for a Communications & Portfolio Management Lead to join our teamWe are seeking to mature our approach to our strategy delivery; cultivate a culture of accountability; value delivery and visibilityYou will take the lead on our Communications Strategy and develop our approach to Data Education and Evangelization.
What you'll do:
Lead a small team charged with Portfolio delivery management of the Operations Data Office strategy for all areas of Operations Data, including Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Organization.
Implement & own the Operations Data Office portfolio management tracking tool, including incoming demand and status visibility.
Identify, handle, track, and resolve significant issues, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints as presented by the portfolio.
Develop and execute Operations Data Office communications and engagement strategy.
LEAN champion, facilitating Tier Pulse and Reviews, working with LEAN experts to improve LEAN culture and operational efficiency across the Data Office Portfolio review & value delivery monthly reporting - meaningful, consistent, and concise, digestible, and shareable with senior leaders.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of meaningful experience and demonstrated success in leading Communications and Portfolio Management Experience producing communications and engagement plans and campaigns, digital and change communication and event management.
Experience handling different stakeholder relationships and confidence forging trusted relationships at a senior level Ability to tell a story, articulate business value and effectively present complex information to all levels of the organisation Experience with Portfolio Management Programmes/Tools e.
gService Now, Smart Sheet, Microsoft Project Planview, Visio, Jira, Planisware, Power BI etc.
Fluency in EnglishPreferred
Qualifications:
Experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools Masters in appropriate field PMP or PRINCE2 or other Project Management Certification Team leadership experience LEAN and Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Corporate communications function experience Ideal candidates will have specific pharma industry experience.
Shown skills and experience in Learning & Development initiative.
