We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Shift Manager will also be responsible for scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage shifts for staff.
Train and supervise staff on job duties.
Ensure that all staff are adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
