Job Description:
The Data Analyst operates within the US Patient Support - Business Solutions Team and is responsible for engaging and establishing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external 3rd parties to understand business issues and key trends, and provide hands-on analytical expertise in data preparation, data modelling, analysis, and visualization techniques to investigate business issues, identify opportunities and drive initiatives forward.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide data driven insights, expertise, and analysis to identify, drive and shape opportunities and initiatives.
Develop a deep understanding of internal stakeholder's data and analytical needs.
Identify, condense, and combine internal and external data sets from several sources, apply judgement and business acumen to provide data driven insights and value proposition.
Uses the right visualization tools and techniques coupled with effectively story-telling ability to deliver succinct and high impact presentations to influence business partners and stakeholders while adapting to audience needs.
Collaborate with cross functional team members, to develop data driven solutions that address business problems or opportunities.
Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support decision making process.
Essential for the Role:
8
years of analytical & implementation experience, in pharmaceutical space preferred.
Experience with broad base of data tools, ETL frameworks, monitoring, and data technologies, for example our stack includes AWS services, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow.
Bachelor's degree or 10 years of professional work experience working on a software or process improvement delivery system.
Experience of visualization technologies (we are focused on Power BI and Qlik view), Maintenance of existing data products to ensure that they evolve with the landscape, Continuous integration and continuous development.
Knowledge of data architectures, design including dimensional modelling.
Knowledge of cloud-based data management services:
AWS, or equivalent Advanced SQL skills.
Experience of building scalable high availability analytics solutions.
Experience of data analysis, such as:
profiling, investigating, interpreting, and documenting data structures.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and insight to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
Hands on experience with writing stories and capturing requirements in JIRA.
Desirable for the Role:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Experience with Agile methodology & CRM.
Strong organizational skills; including high attention to detail and ability to lead initiatives across workstreams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work assignments, communicate progress, and deliver on time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
