Business Development Associate II, Full Time, LifeWork Strategies

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Business Development Associate for our LifeWork Strategies department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Business Development Associate, you will:
o Manage all marketing and business development initiatives for LifeWork Strategies, while offering sales support to the ambulatory networko Generate quality leads through a variety of resources including, but not limited to professional resource groups, county/city/state chambers of commerce, benefits brokerso Lead the sales process, including lead qualification, RFP response, in-person/virtual presentations, contract development and transition to the Account Management Teamo Develop and maintain relationships to create a robust referral network for LifeWork Strategies/Employer Health Services.
This includes but is not limited to internal Adventist HealthCare Business Development leads and stakeholders o Create and present to leaders an annual strategy for business growth by analyzing various data points including trends in new business, the market, client demographics while identifying tradeshows and conferences to attendo Collaborate with the Director of Employer Health and Account Management Team to bring new services to market, based on competitor trends/analysis, customer feedback and/or identified service gaps o Perform routine analysis of competitors and the well-being, EAP and occupational health service areaso Participate in client invoicing, cost analysis and other financial activities as neededo Lead/manage group projects as neededQualifications include:

degree from an accredited university in a business, healthcare or related field of study required.
o Minimum 4-5 years' relevant work experience in business development, healthcare management, public relations and/or marketing.
o Advanced knowledge and experience with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRMo Proficient PC skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
