Executive Assistant lll, System COO & CMO, Executive Services

Adventist HealthCare Support Center seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant lll who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As an Executive Assistant III you will:
o Provide professional secretarial support to both the AHC System Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer o Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings o Handle and type complex and highly confidential material o Manage and coordinates office and administrative functions o Coordinate and leads special projects o Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives o Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential o Daily review of the Executives' calendars both day of and day prior to review and update on agendas, attendees, and content.
Print and prepare any materials needed.
o Adhere to existing scheduling system and coding requirements, as well as predetermined time blocks provided.
Understanding of non-negotiable set meetings.
o Prepare for scheduled 1:
1 meetings the Executives have scheduled with their respective direct reports.
o Attention to detail and assignments as provided in own 1:
1 with Leader(s) with appropriate and timely follow-up.
o Meeting preparation; completion and delivery of meeting minutes; preparing and confirming event and travel accommodations as neededo Operate tasks within Microsoft Office Suite products at an expert level (Word, Power Point, Excel)Qualifications include:
o Bachelor's Degree required; Preferred in Health care or Business o 5-8 years of demonstrated administrative experience is requiredo Experience maintaining an Executive's calendar in a C-Suite environment o PMP or other Executive Assistant Certifications PreferredWork Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 7:
30 AM to 5 PM, Friday 7:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
