Senior Manager Mechanical Engineering


Responsibilities:
Product design, implementation of advanced mechanical innovations, resource allocation, recruiting, and career development of team members.
Collaborate with ECAD Managers, EE Managers, in-house Manufacturing teams, and 3rd party suppliers in the design & development mechanical custom components.
Drive the full product life cycle from Concept Industrial Design, Analysis, CAD Development, Prototyping, Testing, Production Release, and ongoing Production Support.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 10
years of experience in the design of Telecommunications Electronic Packaging solutions 3+years' experience leading R&D mechanical engineering teams Previous experience managing a team Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering Solid knowledge of 3D CAD Systems, as well as thermal and structural analysis tools is required.
Working experience using CREO 3D CAD system.
Working Experience performing Thermal Analysis & Structural Analysis.
Knowledge with environmental test standards MIL-STD-810 & DO-160.
