IT Managed Services Sales Executive

Our Client, a technology leader that proudly serves over 5,000 customers with managed IT services, printing and imaging products, electronic security solutions, and workflow management, is seeking an IT Sales Executive in the DMV area (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia).
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new opportunities for Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Projects Maintain pipeline and manage key performance metrics including forecasting Prospect leads, develop relationships, analyze needs, and gather technical and budgetary information Facilitate technical discovery, with the help of a sales engineer, to arrive at the right solutions Create proposals, communicate value and ROI, and negotiate contracts Meet or exceed sales goals Attend networking events to build relationships and seek new opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred; or relevant work experience in outside sales, IT solutions and/or Cybersecurity services Highly motivated, self-starting individual with initiative and drive to succeed Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience selling to executive level prospects Pipeline development skills through a combination of cold calling and market sector knowledge/intelligence Ability to thrive in a challenging, fun work environment Eagerness to learn, continually seeking to improve sales skills Computer and software experience with MS Office programs Successful history of direct new business salesBenefitsCompetitive base salary

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
