This position is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical related tasks.
Responsibilities to include answering incoming telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, handling new client intakes, mail distribution, as well as performing clerical duties like filing, scanning and photocopying.
Requirements High school diploma or general education degree GED Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, Outlook email Excellent communication skills Strong proactive approach and shows initiative Ability to stay organized & manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines This position offers a competitive salary and benefits along with the opportunity for significant growth and rewards.
