The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced, professional workplace and enjoy being a part of the team.
Will also be tasked with helping office staff manage daily tasks.
Must be 100% reliable Preparing and processing tag and title documents, and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling.
Processing all titling documents through electronic vehicle registration program and/or DMV offices.
Posting all titling transactions and monitor corresponding schedules.
Daily title issue tracking.
Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Processing vehicle payoffs and trade titles.
Past Dealer Track/CVR/DMV experience preferred.
Inventory control and audit.
Keeping current with applicable laws.
Assisting with daily activities in the office.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years of recent Automotive experience High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent written and verbal communication Detail oriented and highly organized Ability to multi-task in fast paced, high volume dealership Attention to detail is a must Able to work on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
