Duties of the Operations Coordinator include providing support to our management and employees, assisting in daily office needs, communicating with clients, and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Operations Coordinator responsibilities include social media and email marketing, new client intake correspondence, managing billing and payroll, assisting with routine tasks on our website, facilitating paperwork for hiring new staff, communicating with employees and clients, and completing other projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using Google's collaborative tools.
Experience using QuickBooks, Wix, and Google collaboration tools is strongly preferred.
This is a part-time position (15 - 20 hours / week) in a hybrid remote / in-office role that allows for the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week, as determined by Reach Every Voice's Director.
The expectation is that you will work 3-4 hours daily, at set hours, each day.
There is a minimum requirement for three of these days (one will be Wednesday) to be on site in our office for the first three months of the role.
After 3 months, the team will evaluate if a shift to two in-person / three remote days will work.
There is the potential for this role to grow in the number of hours.
During determined work hours, the Operations Coordinator will need to be able to be reached via phone, text, or video conference if not working onsite.
Skills:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, operations coordinator or office manager Billing and payroll management for a small company Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in Google collaboration tools (docs, sheets, forms, etc) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prompt, friendly communication with clients Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus Experience with Social Media and Email Marketing Job Type:

This is a part-time position (15-20 hours / week) that allows for the ability to work from home for 2 days per week.
The Operations Coordinator will need to be in the office for weekly Staff Meetings (currently Wednesdays at 9am) and for other duties as assigned.
