In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service - Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as necessary - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and room availability - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
